Activision Blizzard interview questions

Had a great call with the recruiter. Second interview with the VP was awful, she mostly spoke about her personal political views which were irrelevant to me. The company has a huge problem in engaging positively with their employees. Especially developers they do not trust and have no confidence in management. I understand why.

Pretty straightforward, answered questions ranging from personal experience in the Gaming industry. They also ask questions that ask you to describe steps to do a simple task like "How do you make a PB&J sandwich" which is to see if you are able to do the same for writting up bugs in the game.
