I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adyen (Amsterdã) in Jul 2022
Interview
1st round was perhaps screening round and included general introduction, getting to know project management, implementation experience, interest in payment industry and cultural fit based on Adyen formula.
2nd Round was a technical or presentation round where I was asked to explain the Adyen drop-in solution to a client. Panel included two Adyen senior implementation managers.
I was given a developers assignment instead of implementation assignment and there was a lot of confusion as to what are their exact requirements and to what level are the technical skills requirements.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Adyen (Singapura) in Oct 2020
Interview
There are several rounds of interviews which are unusually long in the market. While many frowns on this, I was ok with it since I see this as the company's way of making sure the candidate is serious about the opportunity and is a culture fit for the organization.
The toughest was the technical test and the follow-up interview on the test as that takes time and effort. Other rounds of interviews are just meeting different people from different departments who you will potentially be working with in future. The key here is to be yourself and talk straight without being rude (one of the formulas there).
I enjoyed the process of speaking to different people in the organization who are very friendly which greatly compels me to join the team.
