Not much they give piece paper ask how many boxes are on pallet and then match the correct symbol to corresponding item. Overall the test was easy but with little to none info on the position.

Did a phone screen that was pretty basic. Then interview in office with a senior account manager. They really try to talk you out of the job, make you fight and convince them this is actually what you are looking for.

Interview
The interview process was straight forward and personable. It actually was one of my favorite interviews considering my recruiter was genuine and transparent. During the second interview I was treated out to lunch and that really made an impression on me.
