So far I have only had a phone interview. The questions were straight forward. She mostly asked about my background. I gigured she was trying to see if I would be a good fit. They placed heavy emphasis on sales, which I do not like. I doubt I will accept the position.

Interview process was very professional and in depth. They really want to know about you and see if you are going to be the perfect fit. Very casual yet structured in a way where it doesn't feel like an interview.

Interview
I applied online and got a call from an internal recruiter a few days later describing the position a little & scheduled a time for the actual phone interview. Once that was done she called again a few days later to let me know they wanted to move on to an in person interview. Went in for that and it was a one on one, it took about an hour and a half. After that I came in for a half day shadow to see what the job was like. Got a call back that they had some concerns / questions so we met up again over coffee. 5 “interview” total but definitely worth it. They try and make you feel comfortable during your time there and it really shows.
