Interview
A recruiter called me with a few questions about avaliblilty and clearances. We set up a phone interview time that he did not call me, and did not respond to me calling him. A few days later he emails me to set up an appointment with his co-worker in my city and asked for references, paperwork for a clearance check, and to do an online software test, which I did all of. He sets up another time to call, which he neglected to do such.

Interview
I met an Aerotek recruiter at a college career fair and she was so excited by my resume that she said, "Oh sh*t! Let's get you the quickest interview imaginable!" She set up a Skype interview for a Monday morning. She started off the company by talking about the company without emotion or enthusiasm. She talked so much that she called me "reserved" and "professional" because I listened to what she had to say without interrupting her with nonsense. She expected me to have "more casual conversations". I could have "more casual conversations" if she would've let me talk, but she didn't like when I talked, and her disgusted face said it all. There's also nothing wrong being "reserved" and "professional". I understand cursing in front of co-workers you like and trust, but if you're too open and too casual during the recruiting process, then that can leave an ugly, unprofessional impression. This Aerotek recruiter left an ugly, unprofessional first impression as soon as I heard her say "Oh sh*t!" at the career fair. I wasn't very excited about the interview to begin with because it seemed like a sloppy company that hires impulsive communicators and people without enthusiasm.

Interview
Actually this position is to work with Expedia. So a supervisor of Expedia did the interview. We sit down and talked about myself first. Then the interviewer asked me some questions about my working experience. Then she asked me some situational questions. For each question I just gave her examples or real stories. After the interview, the interviewer told me that they would get a decision in one week.
