I applied online. I interviewed at Aerotek in Feb 2017
Interview
It was a phone interview that lasted about 1.5 hours. The recruiter called me while on the road and the phone connection was very poor. I had to go through all my job experiences from the past and describe in details what I've done. This whole process took one hour... and then she asked 2 behavioral questions.

Interview
A few years ago, I had 3 separate interviews, one of which was a half-day spending time at the office and seeing what all the recruiters do. My complaints are: 1) I got asked the same questions multiple times and didn't have any different answers (I guess they didn't take notes from my previous answers?), 2) after spending that much time interviewing and meeting lots of different people, I didn't really get any feedback about why I didn't get the job. I had to contact them to find out where I was in the process and if I got the job, and then it was really just a "no"; and 3) they asked me lots of times if I had questions for them, but if I emailed them the questions after the interview (instead of asking them during), I never got an answer. All in all, not impressed with the interview process.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2016
Interview
I was given a phone interview in which I talked through my resume and relevant experiences. It lasted about 25 minutes and featured some behavioral questions. After that we spoke about scheduling an onsite interview for the Chicago location. I went to the Chicago office for a half-day job shadow and interview with the Chief Business Operator.
