4-5 step interview process and a half day shadow. They ask deep questions to understand your "Why" and motivations. It can be overwhelming for someone that hasn't thought about their "Why" before. It can be a challenging interview but the key is to be vulnerable.
2 Rounds - met with Recruiter, brought on-site for in person interviews / shadow day. Got the job. It wasn't the most challenging process. The shadow day was nice to see what the job would be like before getting there for my first day.
