I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Oak Brook, IL) in Dec 2015
Interview
I started with a phone interview that was just general behavior based questions. Make sure you know how the company functions! Then I moved onto an in-person interview which was about an hour long. Finally there is a stage where you shadow other employees and get interviewed by others. They will send you a packet with the majority of the questions asked so just know those. Just remember to be relaxed and be yourself!

Question 1
When is a time you had to overcome and challenge and how did you learn from that?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aerotek (Orlando, FL)
Interview
Interviewing was very easy. I only had to take an assessment then got interviewed by a team of managers. There were two team managers asking me questions. There were typical interview questions. Afterwards, I had waited a week before I got an answer. My experience was great. The interview was actually at the company I was to be contracted to not Aerotek.

They asked me about my IT experience and other simple questions
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aerotek (Tallahassee, FL) in Oct 2014
Interview
The interview process was pretty straight forward. They ask basic questions about yourself, like (hobbies, interests, previous work experience, etc.) The difficult part (if you want to call it that) is depending on the job, you will have to take a typing test to show how fast you can type (YES IT'S TIMED). Also, you will have to do a mock phone call with a script to show how personable you are over the phone and if you can pronounce certain words.
