One phone interview then an in person interview. The interview was very odd and was quite weird. Some of the questions did not seem legal. After the very long 2 hour interview, there is a half day shadow. That was awkward and long. Too much time was spent there for no reason. They want you to eat sleep and breathe Aerotek. The pay was horrible and the job was nothing like they described.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Aerotek (Calgary, AB) in Mar 2015
Interview
They interview several times and make you feel like you are becoming part of something meaningful and act as though they are a difficult place to get hired at. After working for several months i realized that they hire nearly everyone who applies and is qualified because the turnover is so high; I saw 16 people come and go in 9-months.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied in their office. They reviewed my resume and called me a week later to offer me a position. I did the interview downtown, then had to fill out paperwork to work. After filling out the paperwork, I was sent to take a drug screen and physical. I was allowed to work while the background check was being ran.
