Interview
Three in-person meetings at office (included a half-day), one personal lunch with future manager. There was also a lengthy phone interview with the corporate recruiter. You met with each account manager from each division so they can get a feel of your personality and then so they can determine what division would work best for you. However that doesn't seem to work because they put people in the wrong division 75% of the time.
