It was over the phone. Simple questions if you’ve worked in the industry. They asked about aircraft systems and what they did. They asked about experience, The told the pay upfront.
Had a phone screen, in person meeting, lunch and another in person meetings. These all happened within two weeks. It was a semi-formal meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation. They really do care about their business and the people they are hiring.
