The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek in Jan 2012
Interview
Went through a phone, first, and second interview. At first I did not think the staffing industry was for me, but I was sold on the second interview when you shadow a recruiter and get to see the day-to-day tasks.

Interview
I applied online for a recruiter position at Aerotek. A couple days later I have a phone interview with a lady asking basic question. She was trying to get an idea of who I was. Then I got invited to go in to one of the branches for a face to face interview. From there the interview face to face was pretty laid back. He asked me a couple question like what motivates you and also why are you interested in a sales position. Overall the people I interview with were very friendly. I am glad I got a chance to interview with Aerotek.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (South San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2011
Interview
I was transferring from an Aerotek office in Plano, TX to South San Francisco. The interviewing process in S. SF was ridiculously tedious. Clearly the company had hired me before and my current office was encouraging the transfer, I had to interview with 3 different people and follow up with about 6 different reference checks. I should have known that this office micro-manages and controls their employees like crazy just from the interview process alone.

Question 1
Why should we move you out here and trust that you won't leave as soon as you get the transfer?
