Interview
Phone interview was straightforward; no surprises. Recruiter gives you all questions the Branch Manager will ask in the 1:1 interview, as well as other preparatory material.
The company is looking for performance-driven, money-minded recruiters that will respond to financial incentives by working long hours. Seeing as I wasn't willing to work 60+ hrs/wk for a small base salary + commission doing relatively stressful work, I'm not surprised they decided to "continue the process with other candidates."

Interview
The interview process is long. It start with a phone screen, followed by a informational, then a behavior, then a half day. They are really trying to find the culture fit.
They screen for motivation and drive. They are looking for people that want career advancement, more specifically people that want to get into sales.
They are looking for someone that is willing to work 60 hours a week.
They are also looking for a culture fit. They have a very young and up-beat environment. If you were in a fraternity or sorority you are the perfect culture fit. A-type personality and likes hanging out with co-workers after hours etc.
