Interview
The main question asked was “what was my biggest challenge in life” - overall interview was great, got to tour the office etc. very friendly people and good work environment. Bad parking lol.
Conversation was long. One thing I remember was that I was assured feedback either way. Feedback that never came. It was strange to brag and insist you always get back to someone when you don't.
Wasn’t a real interview- managers described their experience to sell the position to you because they’re desperate for more people. The company has such high turnover rate because it burns you out. They will tell you about the great money they’re making, which is true. But it’s literally not worth it!!
