they were very thorough in the interview process. they had me meet with several of the people I would work with directly (vs just the direct manager), and I actually got to sit and listen to someone perform the job I was going to take over

Process is really long, they all act like they don’t even want to meet with you. When you do meet, they seem miserable, as if they don’t care who is going to be on their team.
Interview was easy with the client hired with. Behavioral questions.
