I applied online. I interviewed at Aerotek (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2017
Interview
It started off with a thirty minute call with an internal hiring agent, followed up with a 30-45 minute call with the director for the local operation.
There would have been a "working day" interview after that.

- Had I interviewed for other recruiting or sales company? If not, why not?
- Why Aerotek?
I applied online. I interviewed at Aerotek (New York, NY) in Feb 2021
Interview
The phone interview process was pretty quick and fast, but I decided not to proceed with it as the hours are 7:30-6:30 which leaves no work life balance. I worked with two recruiters, which they lack sharing info with their co-worker which made it confusing and uncomfortable. Aerotek would be a great company to work with but it just did not line up with what I was looking for.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aerotek (Houston, TX) in Feb 2021
Interview
Never heard back despite being told I would hear back soon. Whether being given an offer or not it is nice to at least hear back. The interview itself was not very engaging, and seemed as if the Aerotek staff did not want to be speaking to me.
