A lot of behavioral based questions. They are looking at the person more than the qualifications is what I was initially told. At the end I was told that I was not qualified enough as I just graduated college.

They open many positions, you will get phone call first. A recruiter will ask you some basic questions base on your resume and offer a wage range. If you agree with their offer they will move forward. I apply way ahead before I graduate so after answering their question. They sent me an email and reply that email before I officially graduate 1 month
