Was just a phone interview. Not very difficult , just described experiences and where I want to go/end up. Very nice and easy process they said at the end of the phone call if they would pass along the resume to next level.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aerotek in Feb 2021
Interview
Honestly kind of uncomfortable. Kept pushing me to share personal information from before my college days. Wanted to know what my upbringing was like and what my family dynamic is. I do not see how any of that is relevant to the job but that is what my entire interview consisted of. Did not really answer my questions. The interviewer gave me very vague and long answers to the point where once they were done talking I could barely remember the question I had asked.

I applied online. I interviewed at Aerotek (Hanover, MD) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview process was very drawn out, it took me over 2 months to get back in contact with the recruiter. Once I did though, I was phone interviewed on the spot and set up a time to come in person.
