Phone interview consisting of basic loaded questions in which you must answer precisely how they want you to or it will reflect negatively. Must fit within their specific culture behaviors or they will not consider you. Different ways to approach a problem with the same if not better outcome is not what they are looking for.

Normal questions like tell me about yourself, educational background, basic skills, etc. They also come back visit you after you start working in the new position for a couple months.
