I Did the interview through a video call, it was pretty straight forward, she just asked a few questions about my self and I got offered the job on the spot. Not sure if other people had the same experience as I did.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aerotek (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2020
Interview
Had a brief phone screening with a recruiter who then relayed information and a resume to account manager. Follow-up emails revealed that the recruiter oversold the company and did not relate what the account manager actually needed from a prospective employee. Assume that Aerotek recruiters are incompetent or are given perverse incentives by management when dealing with them.
several rounds of screeners with different team members and then half day callback with the office that you will work with. Callback is 10-20 minute interviews with different people in the office.
