Aerotek interview questions

The interview was a two on one with two guys with inflated egos. They treated it as a psychology session, with the intent of trying to figure out who you “truly are”. News flash; you’re not psychologists. Oh, and I don’t need two Middle Aged men to question “who I am” as a woman.

One 10-min phone interview, then another 30-45 min phone interview less than a week later, and a final 2-hour interview a week after that. They called me with a job offer 3-4 hours later.
