Phone screening to talk about what you're looking for. Didn't even talk about the job description. The recruiter was rude, rushed and was unprofessional. Continued to grill me on the same question "why am I interested in this opportunity"

Question 1
Tell me about your experience? Why are you interested in Aerotek?
Very easy. I was asked a lot of questions about how I handle difficult customers. I was also asked why was I interested in the position. What do I consider my two top strengths and my top two weaknesses. Have I ever had conflicted with a co-worker or supervisor. What did I do to resolve the conflict.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Aerotek (Minneapolis, MN) in Oct 2020
Interview
The internal recruiter was 15 minutes late to the first call, and did not apologize. Just acted upset that I sent an email to her about it. It felt like a waste of a phone call and she said she would send me an email with company information for me to review. Set up a second call which would be a formal phone interview that she was also over 8 minutes late for.
Not really a good way to show someone that you have any interest at all.
