Amazon Sr. Financial Analyst interview questions

Four interviews of 45 mins each. Three of the four were behavioral and one was a walkthrough of a financial model sent 24 hrs before the first interview time. The model included a prompt & data set that require rigorous analysis.

Two 30-minute phone interviews, an Excel test, and an onsite interview with 8 different people (2 at a time). 100% behavioral. They are very big on their 13 values and will test to see if you have those characteristics. So be prepared to share your stories demonstrating those characteristics in the STAR format.
