Interview consists of phone screen and in-person interview. In-person can be intimidating, as you will interview with four separate individuals all tasked with a different Leadership Principle that falls within three silos; Think, Teach, and Deliver. There is a math-flow question, as well, that is pretty simple if you have warehouse experience that requires moving labor from process to process. To prepare, develop stories that exhibit behaviors that are in line with Leadership Principles that are valued by Amazon.
