The interview process at Amazon is quite standardized. You start with an HR screening, then a 1:1 with the Hiring Manager followed by a panel with 5-6 interviewers (including your hiring manager). Questions are behavioral and focused on Amazon's 14 Leadership Principles (you can find them online). Be prepared and expect the interviewers to dive deep on your answers and ask probing questions.
