Amazon Manager Operations interview questions

I was waiting for the phone interview and after 20 minutes, I did not receive a call. The recruiter notified me via email that the call had moved to 4 days later. When I received that call, it was from some one else...not the individual I was told would call. I made it to the next round, but was told it would be 2-3 months.
