Interview
Phone and on-site Interview. First interview came after a current employee referred me to a recruiter. Traded a couple of emails with the recruiter to set up the phone interview/screen. Took a couple of weeks to get the phone call set up. Scheduled for 30-45 minutes but took an hour and fifteen. Got a call a week later saying I was being referred for an on-site interview and that the nest level recruiter would be in touch. A week later I was sent a package of information to set up travel and where/when of the on-site interview. Also had to submit a writing sample.
Onsite interview consisted of a early morning show (6:45) and then a quick tour of the facility. Then it was four back-to-back interviews lasting 45 minutes each. All of them were with current Amazon leadership and each of them asked a variety of behavioral questions to gauge your ability to react to scenarios ranging from discipline to encouraging your team.

Very positive, good STAR questions. Do your homework and it will make it easier. Other reviews said there was a math portion, I didn't have one. Know a little about the people you meet, know a lot about the culture.

Phone interview less than 30 min, have been invited to personal interview. Questions in line with amazon principles, basic math flow question that you have to answer while interviewer waits. I had three questions, got the initial math question correct and follow up math question as well. Interviewer was pleasant and personable.
