Question 1
Tell me why and how your background is relevant for this position?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Amazon (Charlottesville, VA) in Jan 2017
Interview
On-campus recruiting. Two back-to-back interviews, both behavioral. One interviewer was an operations manager, and the other a recent grad that joined the company in operations. Both were very nice, although the interview was not easy.

Interview
I had to take a 30 minute multiple choice and written test before the interview. The interviews were fine (2 video chat interviews). I was told at the end of the interview that they would let me know the next day if I was or wasn't going to have a second round interview. I never heard anything back from them. I even reached out to the recruiter to ask how things went and never heard a reply. It is fine that I wasn't right for the job but to ignore me and never even tell me yes or no after I spent so much time taking the tests they wanted me to take was disappointing.
