I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2016
Interview
Full day of interviewing in Seattle. Met with 8 different people. All were very pleasant. Overall, the experience was outstanding. The interview questions were fairly standard. Innovation. Defend an idea. Influence others. etc
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Mar 2016
Interview
First had to fill out an online application with the usual questions about motivation, competency etc. Then had to do some numeracy tests. Recorded video interview followed this, uncomfortable but questions weren't too bad. Included an easy mathematical question. Finally had a phone interview then received the offer for internship.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon in Apr 2016
Interview
After applying I was sent a numerical reasoning test to be completed on the SHL website. Then I was asked to complete a video interview on Hirevue, where I was asked behavioural questions to be answered with the STAR method and a math question involving workflows.
After successfully completing this process I did two back-to-back phone interviews with Amazon managers. Questions where again of the bahavioural type. At this stage I was also given the chance to ask questions about Amazon and the work position.
