Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

Very easy and understandable. I had multiple interviews and they were all on the same page when it came to hiring someone who showed leadership skills. They were also very good with following up on the status of your chances to work with them.

Phone screening: Did not have math flow questions or any other standard questions? Was told I was a great fit for the team and I would receive an email on information to set up my face to face interview with-in 24-48 hours. But nothing heard!
