3 parts: 1. Online Assessment 2. Phone Interview 3. Loop interview (5 interviews) Loop interview is exhausting and a bit much. They really dig into every example you provide. Expect to be on the interview for the full 45-60 minutes with not much time left over to ask any questions. The process took roughly 6 weeks but there was a lot of time between the phone interview and loop and decision (their SLA is 2-5 days, but i had to follow up 2 times to receive a response). Everything needs to relate back to a leadership principle and you should have clear metrics when asked.
