I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon
Interview
The interview process is multi-staged and includes a happy hour. The interviews outside of your initial 2 are there to see your thought process and how you troubleshoot. There are several abstract business questions to test your acumen and there are several questions designed to see how you handle conflict.

I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview went fairly okay. Standard Job Application submitted on Portal, followed by Phone Interview and a few weeks after 4 hours of individual Video Interview. I found 2 interviews went incredibly well, while the other 2 I could've prepared better for. I would recommend understanding/simplifying your experience as best possible in the STAR format, in order for the Interview to thoroughly understand and using strong evidence of how much quantifiable impact this would make. Although i thought i prepared well, this was my first Tech Interview so I was quite nervous and honestly know i could've done better. Best of luck!
I applied online. Then got into 2 rounds interview, each one had 2 back on back interviews. Questions mostly based on 14 leadership principles. Interviewers were nice and helpful. HR got back on result 1-2 days after the interview with either rejection or acceptance
