I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Lots of back and forth with different recruiters. Everyone was very nice and accommodating though and I felt VERY prepared for the interview. They tell you the types of questions, basically all behavioral, and how to answer them (STAR) so there's really no surprises.
