quick interview but after only mess. no option proposition for lowest position and rate. one way preeliminary contract (one copy signed and for employer and nothing in return) no wages slips after almost month of employment

The interview was with the site manager and it was very short. I was referred to the job by an employee and it was conducted on site by the manager that lasted about 30 mins (max). Although I did not have experience but I showed positive attitude toward learning and he was impressed.
