Simple, straight to the point. Relevant questions about previous experience and what questions about flexibility. It didn’t last long, about 15 minutes and it seemed rather casual. I dressed smart but nothing over the top since it was a position for a sales assistant. They asked if you’ve worked the till previously and what makes you suitable for the job.

Brief chat about customer service/journey and managing people/workload. Explaining how your previous work experience would help you in your new role going forwards. How well you can prioritise reports and managing staff.
