I applied online. I interviewed at Applied Intuition
Interview
Interview with HR instantly registers the sign of BCD, which is unique for a startup. Values year of experience more than technical skills, "3 years of exp should not earn more then 15 years", "People don't work for compensation but for value here" etc. For a platform engineer role this sounds miserable, and indicates that HRs speak louder than engineers in the company.
Leetcode style interview is a minus for platform roles.
