I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Applied Intuition in Jun 2025
Interview
Behavioral phone screen, back-to-back remote technicals, remote onsite. The remote onsite was 4 interviews, 1 being behavioral. 2 of the technicals were coding focused, 1 was more systems oriented. After that was the team fit.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked, "Why Applied Intuition?" in the behavioral.
I applied online. I interviewed at Applied Intuition (Mountain View, CA)
Interview
A screening interview followed by a loop of three interviews. There was an introduction call of 30 minutes before the three interviews, which, imo, is a waste of time. The recruiter was nice, so were 2/3 of the three interviewers. One of them was straight-up arrogant. I knew that I wasn't going to get it the minute he spoke.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
1. Gave me a bunch of bits and asked me to reverse engineer it.
2. Systems Design round
3. Coding round

I was not able to get far in the interview process, but there is a recruiter call and also a technical screen. After that, there is a virtual onsite round
