Interview
Two recruiters texted me in LinkedIn. The first one ignored my response, the second one told me that she had sent me several messages but I was ignoring her (this was the first message I've received). She schedule a Google Meet call (with the other recruiter who ignored me). It was an easy interview, she explained about the projects, asked me some questions in English to check my language level and also about my experience.
Some days after the call I've just received an automated email telling me I didn't pass to the next phase. I've sent a response asking if she had some feedback about the interview and I was ignored again.

Interview
O processo se deu em três etapas diferentes:
01. Entrevista com o RH;
02. Entrevista técnica;
03. Entrevista com o gestor da área + representante do RH
Esta última etapa visa avaliar se o candidato se encaixa na cultura da empresa (Fit Cultural)

A etapa técnica foram feitas perguntas acerca das minhas experiências anteriores. Quais linguagens e frameworks com os quais eu tive contato previamente. Foi uma conversa bem fluida e tranquila!

Interview
Foram realizadas 3 entrevistas, a inicial com o RH, depois um tecnica e por fim uma entrevista com o gestor da vaga. Em todas as etapas tive uma experiencia maravilhosa. Pessoas excelentes, e pude notar o quão o ambiente de trabalho seria agradavel.
