BAT Human Resources Manager Trainee interview questions

Online application, followed by a phone interview and assessement(SHL), then came three interviews. Very long process. Each process took weeks. The phone interview was the assess English speaking ability, while the written assessment tested reasoning and mathematical skills. As for the three interviews, first is a normal interview with one person from HR and one from the job function you applied for. I was not able to participate in the next interview, which I heard is a day long.
