I applied online and interviewed through Zoom due to Covid-19.
The interview was very underwhelming.
I was interviewed by two managers.
One of them was unable to speak English properly and had a very thick accent.
Now, I am never one to judge someone's ability to speak English as it is my third language.
However, the accent was so thick that I constantly had to ask her to repeat questions as I could not understand what she was saying.
Being over Zoom did not help.
On some questions, I just had to assume some of the words and answer.
The other manager did not say much and seemed less than enthused to be there.
The whole process really demotivated me and was disappointing as the application process up till that point had been fairly smooth.
I am waiting to hear back but am not hopeful, and quite honestly, am not too sure I want to intern there anymore.
