Interview
Interview process went smoothly, applied online and was called in for an interview a couple weeks after I applied. Asked simple questions like why do i want to leave my past job, strengths, weaknesses and a time where i came into conflict and how i resolved it. Was a group interview, got a call the next day with an offer and took it.
Open conversation about past job experience and management was very friendly. Relaxed interview and met multiple people in the management team. Received a call the same day with job offer.

Interview
First there was a group interview that varies from 2-4 people depending if everyone shows up and then you move on to a "roleplaying" section where one of the employees act like a customer and you have to try your best to help them with your limited knowledge. After the roleplaying, the employee quickly quizzes you on if you know the difference between certain products.
