Bath & Body Works interview questions

Theres a screening by HR before you are passed onto speaking with the DM. Unfortunately I was not forwarded along to the next interview. I found out later that they had filled the job with an internal candidate.

The interview process was no different from other retail jobs. There were standard questions such as "tell us about yourself," "why did you choose the brand," "what are some instances in which you dealt with a negative customer experience," etc.
