Bath & Body Works interview questions

I applied in person in early April and never heard anything back. Because of this, I called the second week in May to ask if they would be doing anymore hiring and a week later I was called in for an interview. The process was very similar to those described on this website. I interviewed with SIX other girls so it was a little difficult to get a word in edgewise, but it was very laid back. I did not answer every question but I did answer most. The manager seemed very impressed by the fact that I was the only one who knew the store's return policy (which applies to the burnt candl question). I also practiced the whole "talk about your favorite product" thing and I feel that the preparation worked to my advantage. I just had the interview today and will find out Sunday whether or not I will be offered a position, but I feel very confident!

I got an application in the store from one of the managers and returned it back to her after some days. A few days later I called to speak with her- gave her my name told her i was interested in the position and what not. A week or so later I went back in the store and talked with her again about looking over my appllication. It's safe to say I was VERY persistent lol. About a week later I recieved a call from her scheduling an interview with a manager from another store. The interview was one of the chillest ones I've had surprisingly! Knowing that it was a group interview freaked me out but since i came early i had the chance to talk to the two other girls that were in my group which made me a lot more relaxed. My interviewer did most of the talking and we were only asked 3 questions each. It lasted about an hour but time flew. I felt very good about the way things went and apparently my positive attitude shined because I got the job. Don't let the group interview process freak you out its not as bad as I thought it would be!
