Bath & Body Works interview questions

The interview was exactly like it was described by others on here (in fact I used this website as a resource before I went in). There were only 2 of us applicants at the interview and it was very laid back. Didn't have to present a product to the interviewer. Make sure you're references are reachable bc it will make this process go by quicker.

I walked in to the store and directly spoke to a manager and asked them if they were hiring. On the spot, the manager asked me a few questions, such as Why do you want to work here? And what is your favorite product? Then right away, I was told that they were going to hold interviews later in the day and told me to come back. It is a group interview. My group was small, it was just me and another girl. The interview was pretty straightforward. They asked about 5-6 questions and since my group was small, we both answered all of them. It look about 30 minutes or so. I asked my manager how long it would take to hear back from her and she told me as long as my references are clear, she'll let me know, and that can take up to 15 minutes after the interview, depending if my references answer. I notified my references right after so they'll pick up their phones. 2/3 of my references picked up and I was hired approximately an hour after my interview. It was really quick. I would advise that you know Bath & Body Works well, such as have used their products because they will ask you which is your favorite and why. Being honest here will score you the most points. Know their return policy too because you'll be asked!
