I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Feb 2012
Interview
I was a frequent shopper at the store and told the workers I was looking for a job. They gave me an application which I filled out and turned in, they put in a good word for me. There were 5 of us at the interview, we each picked out favorite product, but we later did nothing with it. We went and had a casual conversation about the company, answered and asked questions, it was laid back. He told us a call would come in the next week

Name a moment that made you really proud of your work.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Sep 2011
Interview
I went into the store to apply and the manager asked me why I wanted to work for the company. I said i loved the products and if you love something you can sell it to other people. They called me for an interview a few days later and I had an interview with the store manager and one other person. She asked us to sell a product that they carry in the store and we each took turns. I stumbled a little bit, but thought i did okay. She then asked a few questions about what we thought customer service was and that was it! They called me a week later to offer me the job and I said yes!

Question 1
What is the difference between service and selling?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (New York, NY) in Mar 2012
Interview
I arrived at the store 15 minutes prior to the interview. Once I introduced myself I was told to walk around the store and choose an item I liked. When we were called in, I was interviewed with 3 other people, we introduced ourselves the selves manager told us the stock manager would be sitting in & might ask his own questions. It was very laid back they asked us all the basic questions and we were able to answer in the order we choose. After they were done asking questions we were told he had to sell our choosen product to one of the managers. I was able to answer first or second for all the questions & I was first to sell my product. Confidence in your performance really makes a big impression, that's what I did & I was called a few days later with a job offer. I accepted and was told I had to attend orientation & they would give me a schedule then.
