Bath & Body Works interview questions

It was just me and the manager in the back room, and the process went very smoothly. She was really sweet, which definitely put me at ease. She pretty much asked me about availability, and we chatted for a little while (about school, my current job, etc). She seemed generally interested in me and it was a laid back interview that lasted 20-30 minutes. Altogether, I felt very optimistic about the interview. It was a Saturday and she said she'd give me a call after checking my references that coming up Wednesday. I didn't receive a call on that day, and I waited Thursday and most of Friday - still no call. Friday afternoon, I decided to give her a call and she said that the hiring manager was in a meeting and that she'd leave my information. That following Monday, I got the call that I've been offered the job! :)

Recruited by DM. Contacted by recruiter. Phone interview set up with recruiter, set up interview with DM a week later. After interview,recruiter called to say another candidate had been chosen,but DM thought it was a great interview and wanted to keep in contact. About a month later,recrituer called to see if I would be interested in a comanager postition in a higher volume store. Salary was comparable to what I was making as store manager at current company. I then was sent to talk to the store manager and offered position within a week.
