Interview
There was a group interview with at least 6 people. We all went around the room discussing our desire to work, background, communication skills, and presenting a random product.
We sat in folding chairs in the back room and not many people were professionally dressed.
The employees wore their red aprons and black and white attire.

Interview
I took my paper application to my local BBW store to see about holiday help. One of the managers there asked me a few sales/ customer service interview type questions on the spot. She then scheduled me for a group interview. On group interview day, we (4 candidates) were told to browse the store to see the new merchandise, then we all went to the food court with one of the managers (who never introduced herself.) None of the questions were very difficult at all. It was not a cut throat type of interview, but a "go around the table" type. They say it takes about a week for them to check references and such before they will make a decision. It has been one week, so I called and one of the managers abruptly said, "It wasn't me, but one of the other managers, and they will actually call you." Still waiting, but putting out other applications at other places as well.

Interview
it was a group interview of about 6 people. The store manager was very friendly, asked simple questions and there wasn't a lot of pressure to say the right thing. Asked why we wanted to work there...etc. We also had to pick our favorite product and explain why we liked it. No hands massages like I've read on here before. General kiss-a$$ing ensued like every interview.
