In 1995 I interviewed with HR first, then met with two attorneys for job as Administrative Assistant. Received a call from HR to discuss terms of my new employment. Interviewing was different in 1995 than it is today. I recently reapplied to Bayer for my exact same 2001 job description but in Raleigh, NC. HR has not contacted me so I suspect the change in hiring processes and my resume keywords with attempts at a proper cover letter may have missed the mark.
