Bayer Pharmacometrician interview questions

The first interview was a video call about motivation/background/skills. The second interview was an on-site interview where I met with every team member and gave a presentation. I was asked about my background, my technical skills, my motivation to work at Bayer and transition from academia to industry etc. A big part of the interview was a discussion of my previous work. After the interview I was told that I will get a decision within 4 weeks (after all final-stage applicants have been interviewed) and that they will provide personal feedback in video call with every final-stage applicant. The interview was 8 weeks ago and I have never heard back.
