Interview
I applied online, but afterward getting a call back I remembered I had a friend in the building I could've used to go through jobvite. Talked on the phone first. Then, talked with about 8 different people over the course of 5 hours. Each person or pair had a different area of focus.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical questions, but more conversational. Stuff like, "How long does it take you to make something like X?"

Interview
A recruiter scheduled a phone interview, but then never called. I emailed the recruiter shortly after the scheduled time, but didn't get a response. I mentioned the incident to a friend at the company. At that point the recruiter scheduled a new call. The recruiter had called the wrong phone number. I felt like the incident was held against me even though it was no fault of my own.

Interview
Short interview testing helpdesk knowledge and company knowledge. Interviewed with two managers in the department and they were sweet and kind.
Questions were revolved around my experience working at helpdesk in college and also what I knew about the company's target audience/customers.
