Big Fish Games interview questions

A recruiter scheduled a phone interview, but then never called. I emailed the recruiter shortly after the scheduled time, but didn't get a response. I mentioned the incident to a friend at the company. At that point the recruiter scheduled a new call. The recruiter had called the wrong phone number. I felt like the incident was held against me even though it was no fault of my own.

Short interview testing helpdesk knowledge and company knowledge. Interviewed with two managers in the department and they were sweet and kind. Questions were revolved around my experience working at helpdesk in college and also what I knew about the company's target audience/customers.
